This information will be contained within the sales ad. During the first few feedings offer the same meal type as it was fed at our facility. After 6 or 7 days you can attempt to handle your animal. Try not to handle your animal for several days, allowing it to acclimate to its new environment. Shipping is a stressful time for animals. If everything is okay, place the animal in its cage with fresh water. When your animal arrives, open the container immediately and inspect it. Any return animals shipped to Beasties without prior consent will be refused. Please see our Animal Guarantee section for more information. We prefer payment plans to stay between 2-3 weeks if necessary. Payment plans are possible with a 25% deposit for sales $2,500 and over. We accept the following forms of payment: credit cards, PayPal, wire transfers and money orders.

Payment must be received in full before shipment or delivery of any animals. If you are unsatisfied in any way, we must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery. If incorrect shipping information is given, guarantees are void. If required to pick them up from a facility, you must do so within two hours or all guarantees are void.
If animals are delivered to your door, you must be there to accept the packages or all guarantees are void. As such, shipping will only take place when weather allows. All animals will be eating well, properly sexed and of the correct genetics as advertised. We will guarantee all animals will arrive healthy, however with the recent FedEx delays, we are unable to guarantee Live Arrival unless the animal is shipped hub to hub. Live Arrival Guarantee is only for animals being shipped from hub to hub. We guarantee that any and all animals arrive alive and in good health if shipped to a FedEx Hub. Please do not waste our time inquiring or purchasing an animal if you are not financially able to afford it. If after you purchase the animal, you get cold feet or you have a "family/personal issue" occur that requires the funds used to pay for the animal, a refund of no more than 75% will occur. We will only mark and animal as on hold or as sold with payment.Īll sales are final. Promises of a deposit, or stating that you will send payment later in the day does not reserve the animal for you. We will not ship animals until we have spoken to you and agreed upon shipping methods and dates.Īll sales are first come first serve.
